I went to guy's restaurant, excited by the prospect of eating at an establishment playfully referred to as “flavor town”. I was expecting to be greeted by a plethora of classic food options including hamburgers, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and a few of the dishes that have appeared on one of guy's shows. Unfortunately though for my dining experience, this was not the case. Much to my dismay, there was a stunning lack of options, including only one dish on the menu that could qualify as vegetarian friendly. In addition to the inadequate choices, the prices were unnecessarily high and bordered on criminal. I was extremely disappointed, however the one saving grace of my dining experience was the garlic fries. They were pleasantly surprising, on the other hand though, the buffalo fries were drenched in sauce and clumsily garnished with raw carrots and unsightly crumbles of blue cheese. Overall I was tremendously underwhelmed by Guy's American kitchen. I would not recommend you dine here unless you want guy fieri's tacky reputation slapped on to an overpriced steak.

We enjoyed our meals at Guy's. For the price, portions could've been a little more generous (on the entree salads specifically). Drinks were fabulous (try the mojito). Service was friendly, but didn't follow through when we asked for additional plates. We would visit again.

We enjoyed our dinner at Guy's. Food was outstanding and served quickly. Not being a New York local, I was a little frustrated that though I had a timed reservation we then had to wait 15-20 minutes for our table. Not sure if place was a bit understaffed, but our table and the two around us had our food delivered before we had utensils to eat with.
